How to Get Help with Your Web Hosting, Domain or Website.

What this means in practice is that unlike many other hosting companies, we provide a real support manager to your hosting account. We also limit the number of websites each manager is responsible for. This means that your manager will know your account personally and be able to provide better support. For our third level of hosting we will make available on request the cell number of your personal hosting support manager, for more direct service anytime day or night.

For all levels of hosting we provide the quickest support possible as we understand that quality and quick support are crucial to your business.

There are a number of ways to go about obtaining support:

Check the Knowledge Base: We already have an archive of answers to many common questions. Why don't you take time to have a look. The answer you need may already be there.

Open a Support Ticket: There are two ways you can open a support ticket. The easiest is to simply send an email to support@wtqhosting.com and it will open that ticket for you. The second method provides more options and control, but you will need to login to the client area and then click the link to open a ticket.
